The Assistant Chief Engineer directly reports to and supports the Chief Engineer. They are responsible for assisting with the direction of maintenance technicians and groundskeepers working on the property, and for ensuring associates are following the resort's philosophy of pristine maintenance and upkeep of all grounds, pools, and guest room conditions. The Assistant Chief Engineer collaborates with all departments on the progress of projects and preventative maintenance throughout the resort to ensure all necessary information is communicated to our guests.
The Accounting Administrative Assistant supports the Accounting department through administrative tasks, including invoicing, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and addressing accounting issues. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in office tools, organizational prowess, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring the confidentiality of financial information.
